OWC reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We endeavour to supply advertised vintages, quantities and pricing, but all orders are subject to availability and confirmation by OWC.
If any product ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced we will contact you and advise you of the correct price, vintage or recommend a suitable substitute. We shall not be responsible for our inability to supply products to you where they are not presently available or where our stock of the relevant product(s) has been exhausted.
All goods remain the property of OWC until payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to limit any sale.

We will not pass your details to any third party without your permission. Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and / or providing you with our product information.
The financial information we collect from you when we process your online credit card payment is collected on a secure server that uses the latest encryption technology.

We provide a door to door delivery service nationwide.
Delivery times may vary between regions but we will have your wine order delivered to you within 5 working days of your payment clearing - usually much quicker! We will contact you if for any reason we cannot deliver your goods within 5 working days. At that point you may decide to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for your goods to be delivered.
All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit. If your delivery has been damaged, we will happily replace it or refund it. Please note that we need you to report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.
We insure your wine up to the point where it is delivered to your address. We are not responsible for any damage or theft to goods beyond this point. If you do not want the wine to be left at your address if nobody is at home, please indicate this on your delivery instructions.

Should your wine be corked, we will happily replace, refund or swap the bottle.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your wine, then we will be happy to swap the remaining bottles for another wine. The cost of return is your responsibility.

It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18. Anyone purchasing from this web site warrants OWC that they are 18 years of age or over. Any breach or failure of such warranty resulting in action against OWC shall be fully indemnified by the customer.
