Vinification is used with turbo pigeage to obtain the best colour, aroma and flavour and to acquire a good cellaring potential.
Fermentation for 21 days, long vatting of 6 weeks that allows a coating of the tannins.
Tasting notes :
A nice ruby red colour with a clear, brilliant robe.
The nose is intense with notes of spices and garrigue.
In the mouth, an easy-to-drink well balanced wine, showing aromas of stewed fruits with touches of cinnamon and clove.
